What is Psychological Counselling?
Psychological Counselling focuses on enabling people to grow emotionally so they can learn to cope with situations and improve the quality of their lives.
The main emphasis is on you the client and helping you to help yourself!
Counselling/Therapy gives an individual the space to talk freely and to share their problems within a safe & non-judgmental environment. It is a place where you can explore your thoughts and feelings about yourself or others. It can help you understand how your current difficulties and past experiences can be linked. It can help alleviate emotional pain and can teach you new skills with which you can successfully deal with your problems.
